Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains how returns and refunds work when you buy physical products (such as stickers) or digital downloads from Edinplay Limited t/a Teachpal. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and is intended for UK customers. If you need help with a return or refund, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Who you’re buying from
All products sold via this website are sold by Edinplay Limited (company number 881471) t/a Teachpal. If you have any issues with an order, please contact [email protected] and we’ll help.
Physical products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us within 28 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If you simply change your mind, you can return unused items within 28 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for return postage and we recommend using a tracked service. Once returned items are received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. For practical reasons, we can’t accept returns for items that have been used, personalised, or are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
Digital downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads are non-refundable once access has been provided. If you have trouble accessing a file, or believe there is an error with a download, please contact us and we’ll do our best to fix the issue.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days of receipt of returned items. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Square. We do not offer cash refunds.
